Finding a truly "high quality" 100% save file is about more than just seeing three save slots with "Dead God" icons. For a file to be considered top-tier, it needs to be verified for the latest DLC (Repentance v1.7.9+), have all secrets unlocked without corrupting your Steam Cloud, and ideally include the "Infinity" (1,000,000% / 3,000,000%) milestones from previous expansions.

• Disable Steam Cloud for Isaac: Right-click game in Steam → Properties → General → uncheck "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud".

• Achievement Pop-ups: You will not see the notification bubbles for unlocking items you already have.
