If you are looking to unlock everything in the 2006 Captain Tsubasa

• Game 1 (2004): Captain Tsubasa: Ōgon Sedai no Chōsen – Covers the elementary school arc, the Junior Youth arc, and original post-canon tournaments.
• Game 2 (2006): Captain Tsubasa: Aratanaru Densetsu Joshō – Adapts the World Youth arc (including the rise of Natureza, Michael, and the Asian qualifiers).

1. Download the save folder (usually named BISLPS-25522 or similar).
2. Open PCSX2.
3. Go to Config -> Memory Cards.
4. Click Open Folder in the Memory Card Manager.
5. Drop the downloaded save folder into the memcards folder.
