- Request a License: Provide the Host ID to your Thermo Fisher sales representative or enter it into the Thermo Fisher Self-Service Licensing Portal.
- Receive the File: Thermo will email you a
Chromeleon.licfile (usually as a.txtor.licattachment). Do not open it in Notepad and resave it—this often corrupts the encoding. - Save the File: Place the file in the exact directory specified above.
