As of my knowledge cutoff, the "v17" version usually refers to the legacy builds that were popular before the major UI changes in official Dolphin (Qt) and the later Ishiiruka updates (like v100). If you are using a newer release labeled v17, the settings below still generally apply for performance tuning.

Important Note:

Ishiiruka is an unofficial fork of the main Dolphin emulator. Development stopped around 2019. The mainline Dolphin is now far more accurate and faster for most modern hardware. However, Ishiiruka v17 is still praised for specific legacy use cases. dolphin ishiiruka v17 best
