NPN and PNP models for amplification and switching.

1. Take two NOR gates.
2. Cross-couple them: Output of Gate A goes to Input of Gate B. Output of Gate B goes to Input of Gate A.
3. Connect the remaining inputs to "Set" (S) and "Reset" (R) momentary switches.
4. Run it. Press Set (High). Output A goes high and stays high even when you release Set.
