System Requirements

• Aging sound bank: playback realism is less polished than newer versions (GP6/GP7+).
• Compatibility: macOS support for GP5.2 may require legacy macOS versions or compatibility layers (see below).
• Limited MusicXML support compared to modern notation software — round-tripping to other notation apps can be imperfect.
• No native modern plug-in (VST/AU) hosting; integration with modern DAWs requires MIDI routing or WAV exports.
