The K2001n is an MTCD (Mobile T-Car Device) platform using a MediaTek processor. Android 11 on these units is often a "fake" upgrade (the API level is spoofed to appear as 11, while the kernel remains Android 10 or 9). True Android 11 functionality depends on the MCU (Microcontroller Unit) version.
