  1. Turn the machine Off.
  2. Hold down the Utility/Counter button (the small round button above the keypad).
  3. While holding Utility, turn the Main Power Switch on.
  4. Keep holding Utility until the screen flashes or you see a small dot in the top-right corner.
  5. Release the button. The machine will boot into a special Trouble Reset mode.
  6. You will see options to clear the Admin Password and Network Settings.

Post-Reset Procedures:

  • Step 2:

    Tap Administrator Settings and enter the password (default is 1234567812345678 or 12345678 ). Step 3: Navigate to Maintenance → Reset .
