  1. Read original file via OBD or Bench. Save as .bin or .ori.
  2. Open in tuning software (WinOLS recommended). Modify maps (fuel quantity, boost pressure, torque limiters).
  3. Save the tuned file as tuned.bin.
  4. Open ksuite 2.90 again. Load the tuned file. Check “Auto checksum” before write.
  5. Write back to ECU. Ensure battery voltage >13V.
