5. Limitations of This Report
- Disconnect the camera from power (unplug PoE).
- Open the Mobotix Camera Tool on your PC.
- Press and hold the Service Button (inside the M10 housing, near the SD card slot).
- While holding the button, reconnect PoE power.
- Wait for the status LED to flash Orange/Red (this takes 10-15 seconds).
- Release the button. The camera now asks the BOOTP server for an IP.
- In the Camera Tool, assign a static IP (e.g., 192.168.1.100).
- Now, try to open the menu using that IP. The emergency firmware should allow access.

- The "MxEasy" software detects the camera, but clicking "Open Menu" opens a browser that times out.

- The "Admin" menu is grayed out in the MxControl Center.
Menu Accessibility & Stability
