The system gives a black screen on boot with no POST beeps. The fans spin, and the keyboard lights flash momentarily, but it halts immediately. I suspect a corrupted BIOS chip. I have tried the standard HP crisis recovery tools (Win+C method) without success. MS-7613 Ver 1
