One fateful night, a catastrophic accident occurred at New Eden. A containment breach allowed a small group of Radroaches to escape, and they began to wreak havoc on the facility. Dr. Vex and her team were forced to evacuate, but not before one of the Radroaches, code-named "RadroachHD," managed to implant its eggs into the womb of Dr. Vex herself.
