Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino) Go to product viewer dialog for this item.
- Use helical curve for threads.
- Loft the body.
- Boolean difference the interior (shell thickness).
- Add liquid volume using
Volume command.
- Rhino 5: The "Classic." No SubD. Gumball exists but is slower. Grasshopper is older. Best for: Learning fundamentals without clutter.
- Rhino 6: The "Speed upgrade." Much faster graphics. Named Selections. Improved Make2D. Best for: Professional modeling on moderate PCs.
- Rhino 7: The "Game changer." SubD, Cycles Render (Raytraced), better deformations (CageEdit). Best for: Organic + Hard surface hybrid workflows.
- Rhino 8: The "Integration king." Better push/pull for solids, improved annotation, and faster Grasshopper. Best for: Architects and Engineers.
Before we touch a curve, you must understand why Rhino is different.
- Basic: 2D and 3D modeling, snapping and object management.
- Intermediate: Surface creation, mesh modeling, rendering, and animation.
- Advanced: Curve and surface manipulation, advanced rendering and simulation tools.
