Hardware Information Mismatch with Dongle – Autodata Error Report
If your motherboard died and you replaced it, AutoData sees your PC as a completely new machine. You can sometimes trick the system: Unplug dongle
- Unplug dongle.
- Open Device Manager → view Hidden devices → find USB dongle entries and uninstall/remove them.
- Reboot and plug dongle back in to reinstall drivers.
