⚠️ Critical Note Before You Start

• A PC (Windows/Linux/macOS): Windows is recommended for Odin.
• Samsung USB Drivers: Installed on your PC.
• Odin Tool: Version 3.13.1 or higher (for newer Samsung devices).
• USB Cable: The original cable is preferred.
• TWRP Image: You need the specific .img or .tar file for the J2 Core.
  1. Disconnect the USB cable.
  2. Press and hold Volume Down + Power for 7 seconds to force restart.
  3. The moment the screen goes black, quickly switch to holding Volume Up + Home + Power.
  4. Keep holding until you see the TWRP logo (blue background).

  5.1 Unlock Bootloader

  Warning:

  Flashing TWRP on a Samsung J2 Core will trip Knox. Samsung Pay and Secure Folder will permanently stop working. You also risk hard-bricking the device if steps are skipped.
