The Repair:

  1. No Communication: The device fails to connect to the vehicle, or the connection is intermittent.

  3. Error Messages: The device displays error messages, such as "No Response" or "Not Connected."
  4. Device Not Recognized: The device is not recognized by the computer or VCDS software.
  5. Cable Issues: The device's cable is damaged or faulty, preventing proper connection to the vehicle.
