    1. Skipping the Photo: Without a customer photo, a person with a similar name can claim the debt. Always snap a photo during enrollment.
    2. Not Updating Phone Numbers: SMS reminders work only if numbers are correct. Offer a small discount (e.g., 5 TL off) for verifying their number.
    3. Ignoring the Risk Score: The "Red Flag" warning is there for a reason. If the system says "High Risk," do not override it without owner approval.
    4. Failing to Backup: Although Version 5 is cloud-based, export a monthly backup to your email as a CSV file.
    5. Deleting vs. Canceling: Never delete a transaction (audit trails break). Use the "Cancel/Return" button instead.
