6. Installation Notes (Brief)

• Replace all copper/PTFE seals and Teflon rings.
• Lightly coat new seals with clean engine oil or Optimoly HT.
• Push injectors into head bore until a distinct click or stop is felt.
• Torque rail bolts to 20 Nm (EA211 spec) in a crisscross pattern.
• After reassembly, prime the fuel system: cycle ignition ON (do not start) 3 times, 10 seconds each.
