To archive your Wii's (internal flash memory), you must use BootMii . This process creates a bit-for-bit "dump" of your system memory, which serves as a vital insurance policy against "bricking" (software failure) and allows you to use your system files in the Dolphin Emulator . Prerequisites

The Wii Nand Archive is divided into several sections, each with its own specific purpose: wii nand archive
- Launch the Homebrew Channel and load BootMii.
- Using the power (navigate) and reset (select) buttons on the console (not the Wii remote), go to the icon with gears (Options).
- Select the icon with a green arrow pointing to an SD card: Backup NAND.
- Wait approximately 30–45 minutes. The process reads every block of the 512MB chip. Do not power off the console.
- Once completed, you will have several files on your SD card:
