Method 2: Update via USB

  • Device Detection: The tool should chime and show "HUB2-1: Connected" or similar. If not, short the NAND pins (advanced) or try a different USB port.
  • Flash: The tool will begin erasing and writing the firmware. Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%. It should say "Burn Successful".
  • Stop and Disconnect: Click Stop, close the tool, unplug the USB and power. Reboot the X96 Mate.
