A: No. Modern manuals have removed that advice. Use standard JASO MA2 oil from day one.

Valve Clearance:

Intake 0.05–0.08 mm | Exhaust 0.08–0.10 mm. Idle Speed: 1500 ± 150 RPM. Maintenance Milestones: Oil Change: Every 25 hours of operation or 3 months.
